Golf – Cognitive Activity for Dementia
Tuesdays we are at The Royal Guernsey Golf Club where we host golf for people living with dementia. Ex-golfers may rediscover the game, but it is open to all who are interested. Putting and driving lessons with the professionals with an opportunity to play on the course.

Winter Kurling
With the help of the Guernsey Sports Commission and Guernsey Mobility, Let's Go we now offer Kurling at Beau Sejour Leisure Centre every Tuesday during the Winter months.

Winter Boccia
Wednesday mornings we play Boccia at Aztech Soccer from 10am. Boccia is a sport related to Bowls and Petanque and been a competitive sport in the Paralympic Games since 1984.
